Food safety certification

Food safety rules differ from country to country. Pick yours and we will show you the course that teaches the law that applies to you.

Courses for Nicaragua

We do not have an edition for this country yet

We are expanding country by country, and each edition is written against that country's own law rather than translated from another's. In the meantime you are welcome to take any of our courses for the training itself — each one states plainly which country's law it teaches.

What this is, and what it is not

  • Each edition is written against the law of the country it names, and every course carries an appendix saying, value by value, which figures come from that law and which come from the CAIBOK Standard because the local law sets none.
  • Passing the exam earns a certificate in your name with an online verification code any employer can check.
  • It is not a USA or Canadian food-handler or food-manager certification, and it is not accredited by ANAB. If you need a card for a job in the United States or Canada, get the one your health authority names.
  • It does not replace the health card or medical check your country may require — those are personal processes with your own health authority.
